Support is provided by Amazon Barcode Scanner. Contact support@amazonbarcodescanner.com. Include your app version, iPhone/iOS version and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords or payment details.

Scanning

Decoding a barcode does not guarantee an Amazon match. Check the model, variant and selected country. FNSKU availability depends on the selected Amazon country. Photo candidates require your confirmation. Missing or expired prices are not estimated; Amazon confirms checkout details.

Inventory

Save creates a private item. Repeated products can represent different physical items. Offline edits stay on the device; use Sync inventory to retry. Archive is reversible. Sign-out preserves unsynced work.

Subscriptions

Ten free lifetime searches do not renew. Weekly includes 75 searches, Monthly 325 and Yearly 4,500 per subscription period, without rollover. Cache-only results, decoding, inventory and navigation do not use searches. Manage or restore purchases in Settings → Account.
