Delete your Amazon Barcode Scanner account

You can delete your account directly in the app.

1. Open Settings and choose Account.
2. Choose Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.
3. If you cannot access your account, email support from your account's email address. We may need to verify ownership.

Deletion removes your profile, inventory and photos through retryable cleanup. Minimal usage and store-association records remain as described in the privacy policy. Cancel your Apple subscription separately if you no longer want it.
